Basic principles ：
Sliding gate control valve combines the advantages of traditional globe valve and butterfly valve. We developed the sliding gate control valve: a handy, light and highly accurate valve. Sliding gate control valves control and carry out on/off functions for liquid, gaseous media with precision, speed and great effectiveness. With short installed lengths ,the valves need minimum space, while the short stroke provides a fast response with very low noise. It can accurately and quickly control the flow of all kinds of liquid, gas and steam. It is a valve that applies the latest design theory and engineering technology - safer, more reliable, more environmentally friendly, more energy efficient.
Design principle：
The sliding gate control valve are characterised by a special throttle trim in the functional unit that simply comprises two slotted disks that slide over each other and seal against each other. One sealing disc that is fitted in the housing has a predefined number of slots. The second disc with the same arrangement of slots is moved to the other one,this thereby changing the flow cross-section.The fluid pressure differential presses the movable disc against the stationary disc for good tight shutoff .
